With his down-to-earth approach and keen eye for behaviour, he quickly gets to the heart of the matter. He teaches teams and individuals how to engage in conversations with more confidence, conviction, and enjoyment from the first customer contact to making the right personnel decisions.
Edzard lives in Friesland, is a sports enthusiast, and still actively plays basketball. He’s married to Hendrika and a proud father of daughter Naomi and twin sons Ruben and Jelmer.
